AGAFER Construction and Trading (“AGAFER“) was established, and registered with the Department of Trade and Industry in 1984. It is among the few well-established and reputable Philippine contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB)-licensed contractor in the Province of Cagayan.

From a simple construction firm, AGAFER has evolved into a highly-diversified construction firm, taking on large government projects awarded by different national government agencies such as, the Department of Public Works and Highways, and the Department of Agriculture, and by various provincial and local government units in the country, thereby gaining a decisive portfolio in engineering, procurement and construction.

Since its establishment, AGAFER has always prided itself in working with utmost integrity, and delivering high-quality projects to its clients. To date, it has been accredited as Single A cintractor by the PCAB. In 2015, AGAFER succesfully secured ISO 9001:2008 Certification in Quality Managemen System. AGAFER is also an accredited well-driller by the National Water Resources Board. Furthermore, it is an institutional member of the Philippine Water Works Association (PWWA) since 2012. In 2016, the founder and proprietor of AGAFER, Mr. Eulogio F. Agatep II, was elected as PWWA’s President.
